What happens in an immersion?

First Meeting: Defining Your Aim
 

In our first meeting, we define the aim you wish to reach through conversation: whether addressing physical conditions, changing reactions to stress, or creating positive change in your life. We discuss your aim during a foot analysis, which gives us an impression of your general condition in the context of your life and helps focus our work together.
 

First Session

Following this intake comes your first session, where you learn to raise your energy and grow your attention towards your body through touch, movement, and verbal guidance.

Following Sessions and Home Training

​

In subsequent sessions, I continue supporting you as you move towards your aim, approaching it through different angles, techniques, and guidance that meet you as and where you are. I tailor sessions, exercises, and home training that empower you to reach your aim by yourself.

How We Work
 

Sessions take place on a massage table or yoga mat (if we meet online), seated, or standing. We work directly with your body's limiting held patterns: the tension, bracing, and protective armor you've learned to carry. Through attentive touch, breath, and awareness, you'll discover new possibilities available in your body at all times. You'll learn to notice what you're holding, release what's ready to go, and rebuild your capacity to be present in your body without disconnection.

 

The space we create together is a co-creation: while I hold the structure for your journey, your input and expression are fully welcome.

It isn't a quick fix, but after many months, I can feel that it's slowly changing how I perceive the world and myself, and that's what makes it so powerful.

 

I find it inspiring to work with someone who shows devotion and development in their own practice. Juliette is also on her own journey, which is wonderful to witness. The hierarchy between practitioner and client isn't so present in her work, which I deeply value.
 

I also appreciate that Juliette and I have been building a genuine relationship. When you expose yourself and your emotions to such a degree, it's essential to be with someone who demonstrates trustworthiness.
 

My overall focus has been learning how to relax, which was difficult to do alone. 
 

Having these sessions consistently throughout the year reminds me that I'm still learning what it feels like when my body lets go. It's profound work; the body is so deeply subconscious that you can't completely change in one or two sessions. Changes happen subtly and last over time, especially with consistent practice. Every session leaves me with more love, gratitude, and relaxation.

Inside this development, lots of smaller periods of shifting body weather, healing winds, energy back and forth whirled with fear and pain happened.


The symptoms of what I came with intensified and decreased again, back and forth, while slowly getting to the better side of it, and to the point of disappearing for some of them.

in releasing life-long tensions, rewiring
their nervous systems, going from helpless towards their situations to hopeful, and rebuilding their relationship with their bodies through the Grinberg Method and De-armouring.
 

I've countlessly witnessed now how chronic pain, stuckness, and stress dissolve when someone finally stops bracing against their own experience, when given consistent, skilled attention and time.
 

I created In Your Bones because I want to precisely transmit that and what becomes possible when you start experiencing life from your body instead of outside it.
