Session 1: Defining Your Aim
We identify the specific patterns you're ready to stop.
Through conversation and foot analysis, we describe your condition
and focus the work together.

Following Sessions: Direct Pattern Work
You learn how you maintain the patterns that limit you and cause your challenge
- where you brace, where you suppress, where you hold back.
Through bodywork, breath, movement, and verbal guidance, you practice choosing differently.
You stop the automatic response. You reclaim authority over your attention, energy, and nervous system.
The work meets you where you are - sometimes challenging, sometimes tender, always truthful.
Final Session: Integration
You anchor the shift as a new way of being. Not as a moment, but as foundation-level change.
You leave with practices to continue expanding on your own.

Sessions take place on a massage table or yoga mat (if online), seated, or standing.
We work directly with your body's patterns through touch, breath,
